General terms and conditions of business
Prices
The prices quoted are in euros per room (2 people) including breakfast.
The local tax of the Pitztal tourism association amounts to €4.00 per person per night,
The tourist tax, which is payable by the guest per person per day, is not included in the stated room rates. We are a partner business of the Pitztal Summer Card.
During the summer months (valid from approximately June 4th to October 18th), a summer card service fee of €8.00 per person per night is charged in addition to the local tax.
This gives our guests access to the benefits of the Pitztal Summer Card (e.g., free use of regional buses and numerous attractions). The Summer Card is not included in the price and must be paid for separately.

Arrival and departure
On your arrival day, our rooms and suites will be ready from approximately 3:00 pm. On your departure day, we kindly ask you to vacate your room or suite by 11:00 am at the latest. We will gladly accommodate your individual room requests whenever possible. However, we ask for your understanding that we cannot guarantee a specific room number.
Cancellation fees
The following cancellation fees apply.
Up to 1 month before arrival: 40% of the total arrangement amount
Up to 1 week before arrival: 70% of the total arrangement amount
From 1 week before arrival or in case of no-show: 100% of the total arrangement amount
Already confirmed bookings may be non-refundable, depending on the fare booked.
In this case, 100% of the booking amount will be charged from the time of booking confirmation.
We recommend taking out travel cancellation insurance to be protected in case of unforeseen events.
In case of doubt, the General Terms and Conditions for the Hotel Industry (AGBH) apply.
